1. Definitions

In this set of Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale, the terms listed below will mean the following:

"Subscription" means a proposed offer for temporary download composed of several programs available in an inseparable way by paying a total sum of a term as defined in the tariff conditions. KAZE SAS reserves the right to change prices at any time.

"Programs" refers to the film and / or audiovisual content provided by KAZE SAS on the website www.anime-on-demand.com

"Service" means the service of video on demand (VOD) operated under the brand ANIME ON DEMAND by providing for the use of programs available for download to a temporary use only.

"Site" means the interactive electronic service operated by KAZE SAS with the URL to access www.anime-on-demand.com and provides access to the Service.

"Rates" means rates of these Terms of Use and Sale are the rates in force on 1 October 2009. ANIME ON DEMAND reserves the right to change prices at any time.

“Temporary” download means the transmission by KAZE SAS of a digital file incorporating the Program chosen by the user for a fixed period defined in Article 5 of these Terms of Service and Sales.

"User" means any person accessing or using the Service and / or the Site.

SECTION 2: Subject

KAZE SAS offers use of the service available on the Site.

The duration of the availability of programs varies according to the rights acquired by KAZE SAS. Information on the duration of the viewing period is shown in the commercial offer before payment made by the user.

The site provides access, on request of the User, viewing by "streaming".

ARTICLE 3: Scope

3.1 The programs offered from the Site are restricted to users who have accepted the Terms of Use and Sale in their entirety before buying subscribing or viewing content.

5: Characteristics of Service

5.1 The programs available in subscription offer for the display of programs over the duration of the subscription offer.

After the first reading of the program started, the program selected by the user can be viewed as many times as they wish, for a maximum period of the subscription unless informed otherwise.

5.2 The prices mentioned on the Site are in Great British Pounds all taxes included (TTC) including French VAT of 19.6% as this is where billing occurs from. Any other future services will be charged to the user based on the going rate at the date of his order. Prices may be changed at any time without notice by KAZE SAS but will not impact on current subscriptions unless otherwise notified.

6: Materials required for the use of the Service

KAZE SAS shall in no circumstances be held liable for any loss, loss, damage including any damage that could affect the computer equipment as described above.

Access to the Service is provided on an on-going basis subject to the maintenance periods and maintenance operations on servers and any possible exceptional interruptions caused as a result.

Access to the Service is done directly from the site using your chosen device.

ARTICLE 7: Conditions for ordering

To place an order on the Site, the User must be over the age of 18 (eighteen) years, have the legal capacity and be domiciled in the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland. Users minors under the age of 18 (eighteen) years, must hold a parental consent when ordering.

At the end of the ordering process (shown by a page summarizing the order placed), the user has the opportunity to correct any errors in data entry (the first "click").

On the Order Summary, the user has the choice to confirm or cancel the order (the second "click"). Once the order is confirmed, it is deemed accepted and the user no longer has the option to cancel the transaction corresponding to the order.

ARTICLE 8: Payment Terms

The price is due immediately on placing an order.

Regulation Orders are posted on the site by credit card or by any other means offered by KAZE SAS to the User.

8.1 Payment by credit card

The User acknowledges that the disclosure of information on his credit card is authorization to debit his bank account for the benefit of KAZE SAS, due to the total amount of the order, charges and VAT.

An invoice is immediately sent to the email address of the user.

8.2 Payment by Credit Hire

Credits are a rental value in euros which can be purchased on the Site and can not be used on the Site. To credit his account, the user must purchase an amount of credits on the Site to credit his account of the amount. The credit on the account and can be used immediately with no time limit other than the duration of the Site.

8.3 Terms of Payment

KAZE SAS reserves the right to terminate the User's account in the case of:

ARTICLE 13: Protection of personal data

As part of the access and use of the Service available on the Site, KAZE SAS is required to collect and process certain personal data of the User.

KAZE SAS processes the information about users with the utmost confidentiality in accordance with the law of 6 January 1978 concerning information technology and civil liberties. KAZE SAS makes every effort in order to protect the data on the user against all forms of damage, loss, diversion, intrusion, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

The collection of personal data from minors must be approved by their parent first.
