How to cancel my subscription ?

You can do this from your "My AoD" page at anytime and follow the instructions from there – after cancelling your subscription will end after the last season you paid for.

 

Step by step:

1. Click on MY AOD menu

2. Goto My Subscription menu.

3. Then push the click here to unsubscribe button.

What's the story behind Anime on Demand?

Anime on Demand is project formed by Kaze SAS and supported by partners from across the industry including Beez Entertainment, Manga Entertainment and MVM Entertainment among others.  It started as a project alongside Anime News Network in early 2011 and now is moving to the next logical progression which is a dedicated platform content-wise.  Here you'll start seeing an increasing amount of content both simulcast and samples of upcoming UK series to give people a taste of what's coming up.

 

Catch us at events across the UK in 2012 too as we tour round promoting the service too!

How long will the season pass prices stay the same?

Within the next 6 months these will change, after launching the new version of the site we've decided to hold both the Season Pass and Annual Passes as the same until we've revised the site one more time based on user feedback.  After that point we will change the pricing system to reflect what is on offer more fairly.

 

Sign up for an annual pass before then to benefit from the exceptional offer rate for the whole year after subscribing though!

How long will content stay online for?

We're in the process of preparing this – for now all content will be available to annual pass holders constantly but we are in the process of evaluating what a season pass will give users beyond the current season in the longterm.  The minimum we currently take content for is a period of 1 year and the current plan is to let users with access know one season before content runs out.
